Listening and navigating together

Finding what works for you, through therapy with Maritza

You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness.

Have you found yourself feeling, sad, or that circumstances just feel "off" to you? You may be seeking to gain a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings, or you may be in a place where you want support in feeling equipped to address life's more challenging problems. Everyone should have support to face challenges they'd like to overcome.

I am here for you.

As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), I am to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors all impact one another. No two people are the same and your therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs by first understanding your values and priorities. Through the process, you can expect to laugh, cry, and fully realize your strengths while learning to integrate tools and skills to feel equipped to manage life's challenges.

I specialize in helping those who are managing life transitions, anxiety, and perinatal/postpartum needs. I offer traditional weekly therapy (meeting 1x/week). For those who are highly motivated and seeking an accelerated approach to treatment, I offer intensive services (more sessions/hours within a shorter timeframe.)

difference between
talking to you or my best friend or family?"
